Established in February of 2002, Real Estate Affiliates of Telluride has quickly become one of the region’s top boutique real estate offices, closing roughly $60 million in sales in the past two years alone. Founded by James F. “Jim” Lucarelli, two-time Telluride Realtor of the Year, current President of the Telluride Association of Realtors and 17-year veteran of the Telluride real estate market, the company is committed to providing quality advice and service for its clients - buyers, sellers and investors.

In addition to his work as a broker in the Telluride region, Jim has also been involved in construction management and project development, building single-family residences and overseeing the creation of small neighborhoods in Mountain Village. In the fall of 2004 his exceptional work in the Telluride region was nationally recognized when he was one of a select group of luxury home agents asked to speak at The Luxury Conclave (TLC), an invitation-only educational and networking event for successful agents from the U.S., Canada, Mexico and Great Britain.

Within 48 days of opening our doors we listed and sold what was at the time the second most expensive home ever sold in the Town of Telluride. We also listed and sold Casa en la Montana, the most expensive home sold in Aldasoro, in late 2002. Since then we have been active in all aspects of the Telluride market, from vacant lots and investment properties to condominiums to single-family homes.
