Owned by its members, the Club combines the advantages of a vacation home with the amenities, service and convenience of a five-star hotel. The property features 2- and 3-bedroom units, 2-, 3- and 5-week memberships, and offers a sophisticated Telluride lifestyle and sense of belonging. Coupled with a Telluride Ski & Golf Club membership while in residence, the River Club is truly the best way to affordably own a piece of Telluride.

There are three types of River Club ownerships:  Platinum, Gold and Silver.

PLATINUM memberships are available as either 3-weeks or 5-weeks, and they are the only memberships at The River Club with fixed weeks. Upon purchase a member becomes either a Christmas (week 51) owner or a New Years (week 52) owner, and they are guaranteed their respective holiday week as their winter week. As a 3-week owner, your respective fixed holiday week is your winter week, you select one prime summer week and one floating week on a rotation basis. As a 5-week owner, your respective holiday week serves as one of your winter weeks, and your remaining four weeks are one prime winter week, two prime summer weeks and one floating week all four of which are selected on a rotation basis.

PLATINUM TWO BEDROOM PRICING: 

GOLD memberships are available as either 3-weeks or 5-weeks.  A 3-week Gold membership includes one prime week in winter, one prime week in summer and one floating week, all selected on a rotation basis.  A 5-week Gold membership includes two prime winter weeks, two prime summer weeks and one floating week, all selected on a rotation basis.

SILVER memberships are all 2-week memberships and include one early winter week (Thanksgiving through the week before Christmas) and one prime summer week.

SILVER PRICING: 

Prime winter weeks are defined as weeks 1 through 14 (or the closing of the ski area).  Prime summer weeks are defined as weeks 22 - 40, and early winter weeks are defined as weeks 48, 49 and 50 (Thanksgiving week through the week before Christmas).  Weekly stays are based on Friday arrival/departure in the summer and Saturday arrival/departure in the winter.  Owners also have the possibility of Space Available use in addition to their weeks owned.  Space Available stays are booked no more than 30 days prior to arrival, and an owner may hold only one Space Available reservation at a time.

Golf Course and Clubhouse Privileges
Complimentary greens fees, $20 cart fee
Unlimited access to driving range and practice greens
Members-only reserved tee times
20% discount on pro shop merchandise
Access to Member’s Clubhouse Bar and Lounge
Use of Clubhouse facilities including day lockers

Ski Passes
The use of two ski passes for Beneficial User and spouse while in residence. Ability to purchase additional discounted season passes and lift tickets.

Private Dining
Private, Members-only, lunchtime dining at acclaimed Allred’s Restaurant.  Advanced booking and ability to reserve Private Dining Room at no charge.

Club Social Events
Ability to participate in all club winter and summer social events while in residence – including but not limited to après ski tastings, wine dinners, guided mountain tours, Holiday Dinner, New Year’s Eve gala, fashion shows, golf tournaments, and other member parties (excludes Club Championship Tournament).
