December 2006 - Happy Holidays!


As we write this, everyone here in Telluride is busy preparing for family gatherings, holiday parties and two of the most fun, and busiest, weeks of the season.

It has been a good year and we'd like to thank all of you who have chosen to do business with Real Estate Affiliates. Countywide statistics from Telluride Consulting have Telluride tracking close to, if not completely on track with, last year's record dollar volume with a solid number that will likely be the 2nd highest on record. The number of sales generating this volume has dropped a bit from last year but remains within historic levels. While we won't have a record setting year, the Telluride market remains strong.

The highest compliment our clients can give us is the referrals of business associates, friends and family. Thank you for your confidence in us. We really appreciate and value our family of clients and look forward to continuing to work with you in the future. In the meantime, we hope you'll be able to join us in our winter wonderland for the holiday festivities and what is certainly one of our favorite times of the year.
