Elizabeth first came to Telluride to work as a wrangler at Skyline Guest Ranch in 1992. Upon graduating from the architecture school at the University of Colorado at Boulder, Elizabeth returned to work for an architecture firm in 1998 and obtained her broker's license in 2001. She was appointed by the Town Council for four years as a member of the Historic Architectural Review Commission, has worked for the local helicopter ski company, taught skiing, and is currently a member of the San Miguel County Fair Board.
