A local now for almost 10 years, David Pihlgren earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from the School of Hotel Administration at Cornell University, with a focus on entrepreneurship and a minor in Real Estate. In 2000, after having worked as Office Manager for Telluride Properties, Inc. for two years, David began a successful string of business start-ups. He is accredited with starting such local businesses as Pacific Street Pizza and San Juan Cellular, as well as acquiring Telluride Photo Express, all of which he has sold and passed on to new ownership, bringing a new generation of business owners into Telluride. His passion for the mountains and his love for Telluride keep him abreast of the real estate market and make him an asset to any client. David enjoys telemark skiing and rock climbing in his free time, and his hobbies include, photography, music, and architecture.
